Welcome Fall 2017 Students!

I look forward to getting to know each of you, and I want to give you a way to get to know a little more about our class and me.  This is my website where you will find a picture of my adorable little Shih Tzu and even more importantly, essential handouts, samples, and links to help you do your best in my class.

LOOK RIGHT and click on any of the LINKS at the top of the right sidebar.   Check these out when considereing what AC book you will choose to read after finishing your current selection.  They are also helpful when pricticing cursive letters.

CLICK ON INDIVIDUAL TABS  at the top of this page, right under my little dog, and you will be taken to individual pages dedicated to partiucular skillls or topics of learning for our class.  On each of these pages you will find links listed in red (on the individual  tabbed pages) that will be useful when you are learning prepositions, grammar basics,  and outlining; when you are learning how to incorporate quotations into your writing; and when you are composing essays and  writing reasearch papers.

It is great to have you in my class, and I am looking forward to getting to know you better this semester.

See you soon,

~Dr. S.

Famed forger Mark Hofmann audio tape released

If you are interested, an update on the Mark Hoffman story was published  on 5 August 2011 by ABC4 News of Salt Lake City at the link below:

Famed forger Mark Hofmann audio tape released.

In this clip you can see pictures of Hoffman before his arrest and hear him talking about a document he was trying to sell.  Too, you can see, somewhat unclearly, what he looks like today as a Utah state prisoner.
